Shipping Area and Cost

We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping is included on every order; no minimum purchase is required.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3-8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is emailed to the address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to begin showing carrier activity.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact tlenemos@outlook.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, peak periods, or other events outside our control. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or a delivered package cannot be located, contact tlenemos@outlook.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
