Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept major credit and debit cards through the Card option shown at checkout. Payment processing is provided by Airwallex and its payment partners. Available card brands may change.

Payment Security

Payment information is encrypted in transit and submitted directly to the payment provider. Tlenemos does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Authorization and Currency

All prices and charges are shown in United States dollars (USD). Your payment method may place a temporary authorization when you submit an order. An order is not accepted until payment is approved and we send an order confirmation.

Payment Problems

If a payment is declined or appears more than once, first check with your card issuer and then contact tlenemos@outlook.com with your order details. Do not send full card details by email.
